We use evidence-based therapy methods combined with engaging and innovative activities that address each family’s needs. Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), Occupational Therapists (OT), and Physical Therapists (PT) anywhere in the United States! 

 

Full-time and part-time positions are available, delivering services to children of all ages via teletherapy.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Pediatric work experience and a passion for parent coaching! 

  • Master's degree and national certification in accordance. to your profession. *Speech Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP) will be considered.

  • Technical experience with teletherapy platforms and EMR systems is a plus

  • A dedicated, HIPAA-compliant home or office workspace

  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Inter- and intra-professional collaboration skills

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide direct services and parent coaching for children of all ages

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose and treat a variety of pediatric disorders

  • Collaborate with caregivers to create meaningful treatment plans that solve problems for families and maximize client progress

  • Provide evidence-based therapy services to clients and their families, working toward goals as outlined in the treatment plan

  • Formally document growth and outcome data in session notes and progress notes

  • Provide home programming and helpful resources to families to facilitate quicker growth and carryover of therapy skills

  • Comply with all documentation requirements and deadlines using an EMR system

LOCATION & HOURS

  • Work remotely from anywhere in the United States.

  • Flexible schedule based on your desired hours and caseload.
